Main difference from now on will be growing the pumpkins from organic seed,didn't think this was practical in the past but have studied the small print on what passes as organic legal and if I grow my own seed which is organically produced I can cross with pollen from an organically grown plant that was not organic seed. Then I will have 100% organic fruit from my own seed with organic seeds inside it. Well it makes complete sense to me!! So I have started 3 x 830 Raymont to get one main plant, and one each of 830 Berrens,681 Zoellner and 949 Zoellner as potential pollinators.All 2008 seeds.
