Hey Biz, How's it going in Colorado, Here's my latest pics, sitting at aprox 650 lbs LOL

Here we go, here's the seeds, May the Gremination Gods be with me, Mixed up the GA3 and will start soaking in the morning.
Wednesday, April 23 View Page
For anyone wondering on mixes for GA 3 I mixed, 1/8th of a teaspoon, with 1/2 teaspoon of seaweed, and about the same of Humic acid, and .55 litres of water, or in US terms .55 of a quart of warm water. This is the soak sollution, after I filed the seeds. I started with the 567 Mombert, 2 705 Stelts, 2 825.5 Shymanski, 562 Rose, 2 920 Coles, 909 Lloyd and 875 Lloyd. The balance of the seeds selected will depend on what pops. I'll post pics if the germinate

I really didn't know you had these issues Biz
Sunday, April 27 View Page
It's been an absolute trying period since I tried to get the old stuff to pop. But it worked, with a little help. After 48 hrs, I seen hits of germination from the 705 Stelts and the 567 Mombert, The second 705 went to Mush. Anyway the third 705 is now being tried. I removed the seed coats, and the the seed leaves were already starting to green up, and after another 24 hrs we have Tap roots. Also same goes for the 562 Rose and the 825 Shymanski. Unfortunately the Lloyd seeds and the 920 Cole are no go's But I'm very pleased. Now what to cross them with????? That is the Question

Update Snowing, with actually a weather warning, could get up to 10 inches of the white stuff. Need the moisture as it was quite dry. On the contest update against the BIZ, well biz, just so you know, germination of all 12, 1010 Daletas seeds was successfull. As I remember, the contest is for me to grow a 1010 Daletas, and you a 1385 Jutras, Well I don't think we set a number of plants, so just for easy figuring and stuff, I'll be going with 12, 1010's Actually Biz, I have one that is so agressive, that it bit me when I tried to water it, I needed 12 stitches, Oh well, that's full contact pumpkin growing More later

The weather sucks, It's cold, and the Biz has resorted to helping me heat up my greenhouses, Can you believe the Biz would do that
Monday, May 12 View Page
I gues it wasn't the Biz who did the number on the greenhouse, This must be a cousin, because the Biz is a bigger Rat lol
Monday, May 26 View Page
Found out the Biz had relatives from the far east His cousin Osama Bizratfink came to visit him
Monday, June 16 View Page
Well, the year has been brutal, and continues to be, We had a temp last night of Minus 2 C most plants were hurt, we'll know by the end of the day what is salvagable or not, I only had heat on in one greenhouse, and that was the one with the 705 Stelts and 898 knauss,

Well it's a bit crazy, loosing plants to frost on the 15th of June, I know better, Oh well, We're going to start now and see where we get, I have seeds coming out the ying yang, and with optimun heat, I may get something respectable. Yes Biz I lost both my 1010's but there is plenty of time yet. It would really suck to be a farmer, June frost, fertilizers through the roof, cost of Diesel, glad this is only a hobby, Kind of got cocky after the 1000 pounder, humbling is good sometimes, BUT WHY ME lol
Friday, June 27 View Page
Well Biz, I'm about to throw in the towel for good, I can deal with drought, frost, and whatever else Mother Nature can throw at me, But, and you will never believe this, my 1010 Daletas, which just started vining, got squashed by a friggen pink elephant, he was smart too, check out the glasses. What a year, Yikes, can it get any worse, On the bright side though, The elephant actually looks a lot like Brooks.

30 day measurements on the 1010 Daletas, Believe it or not 121 C 93 S-S 92 E-E total 306 for an estimated weight of 605 lbs He He He
Wednesday, July 23 View Page
Did I really type that, or was it a nightmare that the Biz had That would certainly be impressive, I could even beat Dave Stelts if it was true, Maybe it is,
Tuesday, July 29 View Page
Well it's soon time to inform the Biz, that I never grew any plants this year, but now isn't the time
Tuesday, August 12 View Page
Well the fruit on the 1010 Daletas split on me today, can you believe that, still bothers me to think about it, such is the life of a pumpkin grower. I can see the smile on the Biz'z face, He hasn't won nothing yet, he needs to take a solid fruit to the weigh off.
Tuesday, August 12 View Page
Pollinated the 1010 today with the 705 Stelts, may not get much, but Oh well
Tuesday, August 12 View Page
Not sure if the last 2 entry's are real or not, Could be an Illusion

Correction In my previous post, I included a picture, which I said was the 1010 Daletas, That was a picture of my own 511, I couldn't take a picture of the 1010 because I didn't have a wide angle lense. Sure enough got the BIZ to show his goods, hehehe cough hehehe
Saturday, September 27 View Page
Well I guess the pumpkin on the 1010 was heavier than I thought, Here is a pic of what thwe pumpkin did to the crane
Tuesday, October 7 View Page
My season oficially came to an end today, The 705 Stelts was the only fruit I had left, It was marginal at best last week, so I never took it to Smoky, If it would have hung on, I would have taken it to the Terminator, but the blossom end had a soft spot, and when I pressed it, it was mush, so end results were, Taped at 940ish and weighed on my inline scale at 882, Still very happy with it, It was a very good year all in all.

Hey Biz, As I'm having issues with next year,(all work related) I thought I'd send a picture of me, so you can put it on as your Screen saver, Will this do instead of the Orange TuTu, I tried finding Orange Flippers and Snorkel, But apparently they don't sell them in Orange or red as they atract sharks, Go figure
Thursday, December 4 View Page
This guy wore Orange Flippers, I seen this happen in the above picture, REALLY
