Monday, May 19 View Page Update, just when you think you got the kinks worked out...BAM, you do something stupid. Plants all came up, moved outside, then planted. Put up hoop house to protect from storms a week ago. I left the plastic open on both ends, but i guess that wasn't enought. Saved the plants from the hail, but not the heat. Burned em real bad. out of 8 plants, burned 5, fried the center growth completely. STUPID STUPID STUPID. So my lineup has changed. A friend gave me a 1306 Jutras 07 & a 1689 Jutras 07 . Both were started earlier than mine, so they have put at least 2 spots back on track. Should be nice weather by weeks end to get the rest going. Could be the lack of rain & heat ( i do water ) Hope nonethings wrong, everything with the plant looks great. Best I ever had at this age.
