Checked on them today and several of them had mold on them. Not all though. I was looking at my CompostTumbler sitting outside with snow on it and thinking how nice it will be to start digging in the dirt again. 3 more months still spring. Wednesday, September 3 View Page 25lbs!! The last few nights I have been flirting with 15lbs per night. Last night in west MI we had a warm damp night and a hot day before that. I went out to measure tonight and had 25lbs last night. Definitely my personal best for one day. Now I'm gettin excited. The only bummer is that my pumpkin was only pollinated on August 10th. We lost all our plants to a storm in early June. I would have given up but my wife planted a seed in our patch and it took right off. So I'm a month behind but as long as I can keep the big boy warm and healthy it'll keep growing.
