My 1705 plant is one of the best that I have ever grown. Pumpkin seems to be doing very good, and the plant is still growing fast and filling in its area.
Weather has been fantastic the past 2 months.

842 Barker squash at day 40. Nothing impressive here. Around 617#, averaging 24# a day the past 10 days. I did a tissue test on this plant because I suspected a deficiency. It was deficient, but not what I expected. Very deficient in iron, and that boggles my mind. Also a little low on sulfur and copper. Did a 30 gallon drench 2 weeks ago to try to help it.

This pic will likely be sideways or upside down, sorry, Forgot to turn phone.
This is a zaczilla Variety I got from the late Marv Meisner. I have tried them many years ago, but don't believe I got any mega blossoms then. They grow a nice stocky plant for sure. I have 3 plants and got 3 with 1st truss mega growing.

Had to check Moby since I had the tape measure out. Moby is dropping gains kinda quickly. Plant looks good. Possibly a stump issue. Too wet to see if it's leaking, so I Have a fan near stump to dry the soil.
Est around 1118# at day 46 , down to 31# a day, past 6 days average.

My Son wanted me to double check Moby again. He helped me and yet again, I did mess up taping him yesterday. It was a 10" mistake, not in my favor. I do thus every year, lol.
Moby is taping out at 1398 #. Only doing around 16# a day, not 26. Bummer.

Decent one growing, but unfortunately it has 2 soft spots, and fruit flies are entering it. It will probably rot faster soon and the plant will get pulled.

On Wednesday I discovered a very small soft spot on the side of the blossom. Unfortunately it did rot all the way through. The blossom end was very thin right at the blossom. Not sure why it started. This
was probably my most trouble free plant, and the youngest.

Cant remember if I tilted camera properly for this pic. This was my 1662.5 squash that went down. Est was around 850, it weighed around 823, so a little light.
The 1652.5 produces very nicely shaped squash.

This plant should be the 2195 Thiel. Pumpkin is still growing, as I can see it grew back into the sand where we had pulled it out of last weekend. Powdery mildew really took off this week. Going to try to get it under control.

Lost another one. Unfortunately this was Trumpkin at day 83 yesterday, Sunday when I discovered some rot under a hair line crack in a very shallow rib valley. Too deep to be good for a weigh off. Trumpkins weight was 1665 on my scale. Beautifully shaped pumpkin. I'll do an autopsy tomorrow morning.
