And now for some testing. A first test batch is brewing and i will check it every 12 hours. Its not perfect but it beats an airstone in a bucket, although this works to, to an extend that is. First recipe i,m trying to get some fungal development going, using fish, humic acid, and only a bit of mollases. Also a microbial innoculant containg nitrogen fixing bacteria and several bacilus strains.
Before i started this little project i brewed some small (1 gallon) test batches. Heres some pictures coming up:
