trial tea is done. Using a recipe for fungal volume, i can say that after 36 hours i got the best results for that. 0 to 18 hours fast bacterial growth and the start of fungus. 24 to 36 hours fungal hyphea growth. 36 to 45 hours most diverse tea containing about all microbes and fungus wanted. 45 to 54 hours decreasing fungal hyphea and rising protozoa numbers.54 hours and up fungal hyphea slowly disapear and protozoa number rise tremendous. Fun to see this little universe working. But to many variabels to conclude anything definite. altough for diversity the brewtime wil be over 36 hours for me. For fungal tea it would be the end of the brew. Ofcourse every brewer is diffrent and quality of compost to. Only thing i couldent check were do2 levels, but that has to wait till next year. Its time to build some hoops...
