The amount of air in the tea, and quality wormcastings are most important. Make sure you dont use to much food. (mollases and fish etc.) Ending the brew sooner wil give a bacterial and fungal tea. For a complete tea you have to wait for protozoa and amoebe to come in to play. 36 hours to 44 hours is best using the 5 gallon method. Brew inside or like reccomended at ambient temperature. (healty thick fungal hyphea on the pic.)
