Here is the pumpkin on the main of the 1255 that we have aptly named "monkey butt" for obvious reasons.
You can see the deformed lobe where there were seeds in the blossom at pollination. This one is 12 days old and growing great, however there is another on further down that at pollinaton did not have any defects.
What to do? Email me if you've had this before....now I am worried about culling past the 10 day period after Tom Beachy posted something about pumpkins further out aborting.
