Poor thing...Steve named it Monkey Butt and well...rightly so I guess.

You can see the deformity on the blossom end that I was crying about has toughened up now....still would like to know what it is and if anyone has seen this before.

I got great advice from an earlier post that varied vastly from;

"cull it" to
"just snip the bad part off" to
"I cant see anything wrong with it"
"its gonna split" and
"just let it grow" and
"since you have another on the main, let them both grow and decide later" and
"this one has a great pollination date and good placement on the vine

All great advice and much appreciated.

It continues to grow at a torrid pace (for me) and I thought that the 919 was growing awesome (well it is too) so I have decided not to decide and let the plant do the thinking for me.....
