Still a pumpkin related posting as you can see the 919 basking in the sun in the background.

This is a Devil's Trumpet plant also known as Datura or Brugmansia which I am surprised that more giant pumpkin growers don't have in thier gardens or around the decks in the summer time.

I take cuttings from these every year (they don't last our mild winters) and grow them under grow lights till they can go outside again in the spring.

They grow from a small cutting to 8 foot tall small tree over the course of the spring and flower like this for all of summer and fall.
