Only a couple of days now till we cut and move the last remaining pumpkins for weigh-off in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.

This year the event is on the same weekend as a big high school field hockey tournament (daughter Sydney's team is last years champ and ranked 3rd in Province this year) and is also Canadian Thanksgiving weekend...so it is a nice long-weekend to get-away.

After weighing off on Saturday we drive down the Island to Victoria and join the team for playoffs. Will be a fun few days for sure.
