the deepspader is now being put to work by my friend stevo's nephew. this 80 pound 16" long forked tool cuts like butter and is rocked back and forth and lifted to break up any remaining hard pan not broken up by last falls deepspading. it is back breaking work...that is why i pay to have it done. lol. the entire patch will be completely deepspaded by next week. the cover crop will get tilled in next week prior to adding ammendments and compost placement.
