I have gone and spent some more money yesterday and bought some scaffold boards for walking on, I found them on the Cornwall allotments website http://www.cornwallallotments.com/page6.htm
They are good boards and should last quite a few years.
I sprayed the weeds in the tunnel yesterday with roundup.
