Patch disaster. The winds in Northeast Pa were extreme over the weekend and I unfortunately lost my 1302 Teeter which was my best looking plant. I know Rocky was upset that I dared to plant the Teeter since Matt is a good friend of his. His nasty emails made me think he takes this a little to seriously. The weather man was calling for 50 mile an hour winds so I thought the 5 gallon bucket and 10 pound piece of slate I put on top would be enough but I was wrong. All of Rocky's huffing and puffing from Sayre sent the bucket over and cut the young plant in two. Another set back on my quest for the 1000 pound pumpkin.
