So my cousin Moira (Mo here on bp.com) is ready for her first season with big pumpkins and was given a couple of seedlings to plant in her renovated pumpkin patch.
One day last week she decided (after several wobbly-pops) that it was planting day and despite repeated email instructions on planting....she managed to get the plant in the opposite way that it was going to vine. She carefully lifted and re-positioned and has yet to update me or her diary as to the success or failure of the operation.
I did get a nice email from her and she promised "no more drunken gardening" which as we know...is a good idea.
