I have two patches, this is the second one. I never should have tried to squeeze 4 plants into it, but I have had a blast trying to keep it pruned and at the same time grow a big one. This is my second year, last year my goal was 100 pounds and I got 165. This year my goal was 500 pounds and I have made that, at least estimated. Still have a chance to get 3 pumpkins to that goal. Next year only 2 plants in this patch, and my goal will go up to 800 pounds. I know that the heavy hitters may look at this picture and shake there heads, but I just could not resist, I have learned my lesson.
