These are the "self terminating" vines on the VanKooten. All my other pumpkins bend up up at the end and these ones bend back. When I move them at all the weight of the tip slumps down and SNAP. Lost the tip on the main vine a few days ago a few nodes after the pumpkin so I hope this one takes that is on there now. Any advice on what to do and why this happens to the tips would be appreciated.
