Day 17 - I had been temporarily covering the pumpkin with a plastic chair and draping a sheet over the top. I didn't get back home till gone 10.30pm at night so left it till the morning to check on the pumpkin. Come the morning the chair was leaning to one side as the pumpkin had grown more than I had expected! Shame though because it now has 2 scars where it lifted the chair.
