Day 33. Previous to today I had two days in a row of 8 lbs/day growth. This morning I had only 5 lbs of growth on the 1004 Mohr. That is the lowest growth since day 14. Maybe this is a result of the shock to the soil microbes that Serenade application brings. I am spraying and drenching compost tea tomorrow morning so hopefully that will help it recover. I hope its not just a quick wind-down of the pumpkin growth phase. On the bright side my pumpkin is turning a nice orange color. I will post a picture tonight.
DAP 33 CC = 86.75in. Est Wt=176lbs.
544 Risi also had lowest growth day ever (also received Serenade) of only 1.4 lbs! Yikes. DAP 33 CC = 69.1in. Est Wt=98lbs. That is better in weight than my PB before this season.
