After being off the vine for only a week the stem side was rotting out. Pumpkin had good uniform thickness and no structural defects at all. It had a good seed count as well with white seeds. About a third to half of the seeds had already sprouted. Its still in the 90s here during the day. It is my belief that the 566.5 van hook seed holds great potential for huge pumpkins under the right condidtions.
