Well we finally got an offer on our house and accepted. Closing is on 12/10 but can be pushed back no later than 12/30. We have a few homes in mind and look to make offers this weekend.I am very happy to be moving and finally start preppin the new patch!
I just might need one of these bad boys to clear my patch since it will be the end of the year:
