At the end, after 1 year of growth, my carrot stop growing and start to bolt.
I knew it was big considering the size and the quantity of the leaves (1.10m diameter). When I dug it out of the soil, I couldn't believe it ! I rushed to the shop to get a certified weight : 4.250kg ! (about 9lb4oz). I can't be happier ! (still 100% organic)
