3 French record for the long roots : Parsnip : 2.475m Carrot : 3.395m Beetroot : 4m
Very pleased too but it's a LOT of work : building the pipes, cutting them by half, retaping them, up in high structure, filling with soil from the top, sowing and watering from the top from april to october by hand... AND removing them carefully to get them flat on the floor, removing the tiny root without damages (need solid nerves and about 1h30 per pipe), transporting and put them on the table for the official lenght... OMG, I'm mad ! lol
