1290 Poirier with 400 sq ft of plant behind it. Since the main was terminated an inch before the pumpkin through an accident, the plan was to grow tertiaries from the last two secondaries to fill out the remaining area, kind of like a pitchfork pattern. Trouble is is that when the pumpkin kicked into gear and the vine growth stopped, all those little tertiaries became stunted and kind of terminated themselves. Still have 1 or 2 tertiaries growing back from the stump and I'll let these continue indefinately.
