in peroxide for 30 minutes then add a mixture of 1 tsp of liquid seaweed to a cup of water and transfer some of that to the cups to finish soaking for up to 6 hours. Then plant in plain potting soil or starter mix (without fertilizer) that is DAMP not wet. If you squeeze it only one drop of water should come out. With the media at 89 degrees.
