Getting 44 seeds ready for the 2nd Annual Savage Family Pumpkin Contest. Many thanks to Glenn Dixon for supplying a bagful of Dixon 384's. This seed produced the Savage 990 last year for farmer Jim....in his 1st year of growing! Seeds have been soaked in water for 4 hours and placed on wet paper towels in Ziploc bags. The bags are then placed on our heated floor under a baking sheet. It's a pleasant and constant 72*F. In 60 hours they will germinate and then planted in ProMix.
