At last the real diary begins. Sinclair our compost supplier has sponsord buy giving us 20 pallets off mainly Coir compost. We generally call coir a compost but it is infact shreaded cocconut that has not been composted. For me the best thing about coir is that all of the vascular bundles remain intact like thousands of drinking straws.(vascular bundles are the parts of a plant that move, lets say, all of the stuff up around a plant) These straws realy help aerating the soil.
