Carolina reaper seeds never germinated, I think it was because the heating mat was never on. I ordered seeds off eBay. They should come by April 10th. They should sprout by April 20th I hope. I plan to plant them outside by May 20th. A month inside growing should give them plenty of time to get big enough for planting May 20th.
