The plants are very happy at the moment but the soil samples show that we are low in nitrogen. This is partly down to the new soil being "SUPER" well drained and us trying to learn how to feed it. It is also down to the fact that we are trying to keep the nitrogen down so that hopefully our plants will live in better shape for longer. If you look back at last years diary you can see that the nitrogen in the soil was bang on but in the leaf it was very high. This is basically down to the fact that leaves are just pigs.
