The day before pulling the carrot (it's not what you are think'n Q-tip). Watered it one last time. It started growing again after harvesting the seeds so it is cracking and growing. Really likes the cooler weather. Pretty excited. Tried to dig down to get a look but it's just a mass of roots. I just hope is longer than 1 foot long or it's anti-climactic! Will put it on the table at Bauman Farms Weigh-off in a few days.
