I thought it was interesting looking at the interior of my pumpkin in relation to the Dill rings. The minor Dill ring on the right shows an interior crack extending to 2� from the exterior . The more prominent Dill ring on the left shows the flesh reduced to only 1�. I must say, I had been very careful while growing it. It was miraculous that it wasn�t injured when we lifted it!
