Upper 1043 Chan pumpkin is day 70 today and sits at 875 lbs, up 79 lbs in the past 10 days or around 8 lbs per day. Kind of to be expected with the weather cooling down but this one slowed down much quicker, and never hd the explosive gains that the lower patchmate had.
We usually get good sustained growth on our pumpkins in the month of September and this year is no different. Upper 1043 pumpkin has gained 153 lbs so far in September and the lower 1043 Chan pumpkin has gained 295 lbs so far this month.
