Even worse than golf, this can be a cruel, unforgiving hobby. This pumpkin will be a DMG entry, no doubt a PB by a country mile, but none the less has failed the probe test and will get no ribbon or bling bling this year.
Getting ready to strap it down and we noticed that dreaded black hole inside the stem split. Sure enough, it failed the probe test as is well into the cavity.
We will either unload and bring our other fruit, or show up in Vancouver as scheduled and get a DMG weight. Now, I hope it’s an airbag and weighs light, I don’t need another kick while I’m down.
Oh well, we’ve got our soil figure out and have popped a few big ones in a short period of time at our new property, onward and upward.
