Spring planning always comes before spring planting. I am going to have 8000 sq ft to fill next summer (two more semi loads of good stuff to be delivered next week).I envy the growers that have their seed collections cataloged in fancy 3 ring binders. Mine are just about everywhere. Looks like I might be watching auctions for pumpkin seeds. I do not have nearly enough seeds that make my heart go thump for the planned number of plants..4 uglies, 1 HD and 1 squash. I have plenty of tomato seeds. In the 1000 sq ft remaining I have watermelon, long gourd, field pumpkin, and marrow seeds. And lots of non GPC categories.I don’t have big enough garden,my 4000 sq ft expansion planned for two years from now, might have to be done earlier.
