Repaired the cheap LED grow light. Had to bypass four dud lights with four small wires. Anyone want to learn something useful that I learned? The interesting thing I learned was, the metal reflectors panels around the bulbs were fake they are metalic-looking plastic. There was a white aluminum circuit board under this. Turns out, the light is noticeably brighter without the lights recessed into the fake reflector panel. So... the fake reflector panels are absorbing more light than they are reflecting. Anyhow, I know the reason this nonsense happened... these things were designed by a marketer to look like they were designed by an engineer. A cheap look-good product from China but I guess its payback for all the gmo we send them.
