In the center of the pic shows the stunted secondary. Nodes on both sides are growing normally. This same thing happened last year and I ended up with 4 stunted secondaries. I think this may correspond to the timing of removing the cloche. Cooler than accustomed to, this may be causing my problem. Hoping it takes off yet. Is this behavior somewhat common, or am I causing this by something I am doing?
