It's that time of the year when the marrows start splitting and I've lost several but I don't remove them straight away as they can grow on for a while with a small split.
This ones pretty terminal however, it had a small stem split to start with but that's now grown in to a huge stem split and a huge split in the body of the marrow. 160 lbs UOW DMG off of last years 198. Too young to consider saving seeds!
