Things went from bad to worse with my 1263.5 Montsmas. After the snow collapsed the hoop house, I used a 2 x 4 to prop it up. Unfortunately when the snow melted it took the tension off the hoop house and the 2 x 4 fell over and landed squarely on the plant that was in better shape, breaking it off at the stem in the process. My backup was still in the house so I pulled the broken plant and replaced it. I am hopeful that the burned plant on the right will pull through. If not, I will have to go with the smaller back up plant on the left. Not a great start to the season at all.
