Decided to go for it on the 1223.5 Norm Gansert! This plant is doing exactly what it did in 2017 for me that produced my estimated 1275 pounder. This pumpkin is 8 days old at 16 feet with 16 secondary’s behind it. Night temperatures in the 40s the last 5 nights haven’t been helping but she’s looking good. Same distance and secondary’s as my 1275 pounder. I’ll let this plant fill in the rest of the 600-700 SF area it has to grow in. Won’t be long! Both my 1184.5s are set to open this weekend or early next week!
