While this is a tomato study this further demonstrates that cell division normally ends by day 20 after pollination (DAP). This is why the pumpkin was treated with Anthesis plant hormone treatment to extend the duration and rate of cell division.
The precipitous decrease in the expression of all cyclins in 20 DAP tomato fruit is consistent with the end of cell division phase at this stage of fruit development.
