The 144 Radach is filling up the patch nicely. This is my 150SF entry. The dirt area is actually only 120 SF but I didn't want to mess up my yard by expanding it. The Pumpkin will grow in the grass outside of the dirt. Unless the pumpkin gets a 6 foot diameter it will stay well under the 150 SF limit.
