Sadly this pumpkin went down to a pinhole in a rib a few days ago at Dap 53. She was well on her way to being something very special. It averaged over 50 pounds a day for a month. This was truly a silver bullet seed and I believe the seeds from this fruit will be important in advancing the size of future pumpkins. Losing one over 2000 is never easy, growing giant pumpkins never is.
