Fall is here and everything is winding down in the patch. There will only be minimal gains from here on out. Still haven't decided which pumpkin to take to the Skagit Valley weighoff at Christiansons Nursery on Saturday. Normally I would take the older pumpkin but my 1931 Turner has an outside chance at getting me a personal best and I really want that bad. Tomorrow is the day 85 measurement for the 1931. If it's still growing over 3 pounds a day I'll probably leave it on the vine and take the 784.5 to Christiansons instead.
