Our year is starting a little earlier this year as the contractor is coming to steam sterilise the patch on Monday.
We are not double digging this year so that all of our perlite stays in the top half of the profile.
Instead we’re going over the whole patch with a toothed bucket. We need to be 100% sure that there is no panning.
Everyone should be at least digging a couple of inspection holes per plant.
The contractor wants an eye watering £4020 plus we need get 3500 litres diesel.
And we have to help. Hey Ho
