I decided to built a lifter for the pumpkins and after seeing PumpkinBrat's design I copied it (I hope he doesn't mind). Put it together for around $75 cnd. and tested it yesterday on a 400 pounder - worked great! I don't think it will have any problems with much biger pumpkins. The picture is of my bigest one which was grown on a 656 Bhaskaran. The last measurement I took were 85-87-155.
