I did the second experiment with cowpots. I planted the cowpot into a larger container and left it for 2 weeks. The root growth was awesome but...the pot had not broken down totally. I will be using the cowpots for germination but...removing them before transplanting. I believe that AG's root systems grow more quickly than normal vegetables and that it wouldn't be reasonable for the pots to breakdown in just a week or so. The nice thing is that the plants are easily removed from the pot without any root damage. Mark
