So today I tilled in 10lbs of kelp meal and 500lbs of Black Kow composted manure across my entire patch. Then I dug two pits 4X4 ft and 20 inches deep. I dumped two cubic feet of Miracle Grow potting soil, a fifty pound bag of cow manure and a dash of kelp meal. All this was mixed together with an equal amount of soil from my bed. The planting wholes are now slightly elevated from the rest of the patch.
