2 for the price of one is not always a bargain. the 904 has doubled up vine wise, and most likely the back up 997 shenoha 2007 plant that is right next to it will get the 600 sq ft section of the patch. i have plenty of time to do surgery on the 904 and see if it works itself out of doubling up, but i have seen first hand on my buddy Timmer's plants what a double viner is like. it is a first for me, and i am going to treat it as an experiment and do my best to straighten it out. but i am already committed to the 997 in the back of my mind and am now somewhat excited to prove out one of my own seeds. the 997 was about 9 percent heavy, and the 1173 that she was self crossed with was a beauty of a plant. so the final line up has most likely changed again. it sucks to see a healthy young plant with great potential double up, but i am happy that i choose to double up on plants just in case this scenario arises. i will always go with back ups side by side because this hobby can throw a lot of curveballs at you.
