It's 2-4-D poisoning. The day before the plants got sick I sprayed Crossbow on mare's tail that was beginning to take over the hoops. I was careful only to get it on the mare's tail, but I'm told that it gasses off and can affect other plants when in an enclosed hoop. The doors and heaters are now removed from those two hoops and maybe they'll perk up a bit.
